It can be difficult to feel truly understood—even by ourselves. Life events may shift or shake our perspectives, leaving us stuck, confused, or lonely. At times, this can lead us down paths that don’t serve us well. It can feel especially challenging when we watch loved ones—our children, siblings, or partners—struggle through their own hardships.
I have worked in the mental health field for nearly ten years, primarily supporting children, families, and parents. I find meaning in being a bridge, helping others discover and connect with their best selves. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy and earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Studies, with a counseling focus, from Sam Houston State University. I provide TF-CBT for young children and teenagers, and CPT for adults.
Above all, I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where children, teens, and adults can begin sharing and healing. I deeply respect the vulnerability it takes to walk through the door, and I never take that for granted.
