In-Person and Online Therapy Services
Finding Peace Counseling Center is a private psychotherapy practice located in The Woodlands, TX with a team of passionate and caring therapists that specialize in helping individuals, couples, teenagers, and children that are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), grief, trauma, addiction and ADHD. We offer in-person and online therapy services.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Our therapists are trained and experienced using a variety of different treatment methods which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Mindfulness-Based Therapy (MBCT) along with a variety of other therapy methods that can referenced here.
