My approach is humanistic and culturally attuned. I am a fully trained, trauma-informed EMDR therapist. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing EMDR uses bilateral stimulation to help unlock stuck memories and promote healing. I also integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy DBT, Cognitive Behavior Therapy CBT, Mindfulness, Solution-focused strategies, and values-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to strengthen psychological flexibility and resilience.
